These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Crypto Goatz LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), governing your access to and use of the Fair Ice platform at youthhockeyleagues.com and all associated products and services (the “Platform”).
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
1.1 Not Legal Advice. The Platform provides document generation tools, informational resources, and organizational assistance. THE PLATFORM DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE, LEGAL REPRESENTATION, OR LEGAL SERVICES OF ANY KIND. No attorney-client relationship is formed between you and Crypto Goatz LLC at any time.
1.2 Document Generation. The Platform generates template-based documents using information you provide for informational and organizational purposes only. Crypto Goatz LLC makes no representation that any document generated is legally sufficient, accurate, or appropriate for your specific situation.
1.3 Rule Citations. Rule citations and regulatory information are based on publicly available documents at the time of development and may not reflect current rules, amendments, or governing body interpretations. You are solely responsible for independently verifying that any cited rule applies to your specific age group, team classification, jurisdiction, and situation.
1.4 No Guarantee of Outcome. The Platform makes no guarantee that use of any document or assessment generated through the Platform will result in any particular outcome.
1.5 Attorney Consultation Recommended. We recommend consulting a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction for any matter involving potential legal rights, employment, defamation, privacy, or claims seeking monetary or equitable relief.
2.1 Age Group and Classification Limitations. Not all rules cited on this Platform apply to all age groups or team classifications:
2.2 Protest Standing Limitations. PAHL rules expressly prohibit parents and coaches from directly filing protests. Only a PAHL member association president or their designated representative may file a PAHL protest.
2.3 Filing Fees. Filing a Notice of Dispute with Mid-Am requires a $250.00 filing fee payable to Mid-Am. This fee is not included in any Platform purchase.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store payment card information. We offer a 14-day refund window. Ten percent (10%) of all revenue is contributed to the Youth Hockey Family Assistance Fund, a community pool administered by Crypto Goatz LLC. The Fund is not a charitable organization and contributions are not tax-deductible.
5.1 By submitting content to the Board, you represent that your submission is truthful, does not contain false statements about identifiable individuals, does not include identifying information about any minor under 18, and does not constitute harassment or threats.
5.2 Minor Protection. THE BOARD EXPRESSLY PROHIBITS ALL CONTENT THAT IDENTIFIES, NAMES, OR DESCRIBES MINOR CHILDREN. This applies regardless of whether the information is publicly available elsewhere. Violations result in immediate removal and account termination.
5.3 Section 230. Crypto Goatz LLC is an interactive computer service provider under 47 U.S.C. § 230. User-submitted Board content is not endorsed, adopted, or verified by Crypto Goatz LLC.
5.4 Visibility. Board content is visible only to users registered within the same organization. Anonymous submissions do not display user identity.
Removal requests may be submitted to legal@cryptogoatz.com. We acknowledge requests within 72 hours and respond within 7 business days. Emergency requests involving minor identification are addressed within 24 hours.
Documents generated for your personal use are provided under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal advocacy use only.
8.1 AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing all content before using it.
8.2 No Affiliation. This Platform is entirely independent of and not affiliated with PAHL, USA Hockey, Mid-American Hockey Association, or any youth hockey organization.
8.3 THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS-IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
CRYPTO GOATZ LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Crypto Goatz LLC from claims arising from your use of the Platform, content you submit, or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.
Crypto Goatz LLC does not disclose user identities except as required by valid legal process. Retaliation against users based on suspected use of this Platform may violate applicable whistleblower protection laws and USA Hockey's anti-retaliation policy.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
